Should your benefits not cover the entirety of the appointment cost, the remainder will be charged to the credit card on file. Please contact your insurer directly if you would like to know how much they cover. As per the clinics cancellation policy, in the case of no-shows or missed appointments, you will be responsible for covering the cost of the treatment.
