    Afterward, we may go over some recommendations of home care to help you get the most out of your session.

  • We as that you undress to your level of comfort. In massage therapy we use oil or lotion to allow us to glide over your muscles, so if you’re comfortable we ask that you remove your clothing and keep on your underwear. We leave the room to allow for your privacy as you disrobe and get onto the table.

    You’ll always be fully covered with a sheet, and only the area being worked on will be uncovered at any time. Your comfort and sense of safety are a top priority, so feel free to communicate any preferences or concerns.

  • TMJ stands for temporomandibular joint, the joint that connects your jaw to the rest of your skull.

    TMD stands for temporomandibular disorder, which refers to a group of conditions affecting the TMJ and surrounding tissues.

  • TMJ massage focuses on the muscles involved in jaw movement, including those in the face, neck, and shoulders. If needed, it can also include gentle intraoral (inside the mouth) techniques to help release deeper tension.

    This type of treatment can be helpful for people experiencing jaw pain, clenching or grinding, headaches, or tension related to stress. Many clients are surprised by how much relief they feel not just in their jaw, but throughout their upper body.

  • Yes, massage during pregnancy can be a safe and supportive way to help with common discomforts like back pain, hip tension, and swelling.

    Our treatments are adapted specifically for each stage of pregnancy. We offer supportive positioning (pregnancy pillow or side-lying) to keep you comfortable and safe throughout your session.
